A fresh look for job logs
A responsive bento layout puts your notes first, with separate cards for site conditions, photos, and client visibility. Photo removal is easier on phones, and upload progress stays visible while saving.

Weather that will not hold you up
The site-conditions card keeps a consistent height while loading, with a centered spinner. Weather requests stop after 30 seconds if they stall, and you can retry or choose a city manually.

Job-log text notifications
Builders and team members can receive a text when a job log is created, excluding its author. Clients are included only when project access and the log visibility setting allow it. Saved SMS preferences are respected.

Open a job log straight from your text
A personal read-only link opens the log without a login, with notes, weather, flags, attachments, and a project map. Access is checked again when the link opens. The Badger logo offers optional login to the full project view.

Clearer job-log details
The shared job-log view identifies the organization and the person who created the update, rather than showing a recipient as the owner.

A home for product updates
This public changelog brings completed improvements together in one place, with a consistent dark design. No account is needed to see what is new.
Assignments, without the extra steps
More useful assignment notifications and a consistent experience for to-dos and warranty items.

Branded assignment texts
To-do and warranty assignment texts include your organization name, the assigning person, the item title, project, and a readable due date. Newly added assignees are notified without resending unchanged assignments.

Assignment details without logging in
Personal text links open mobile-friendly, read-only to-do and warranty details, including project location and a map. Optional login opens the item summary instead of the edit form.

Warranty assignment emails
Warranty assignees can receive a branded email using the familiar to-do email design. Email preferences are checked before sending, and email and SMS operate independently.

Notification preferences that stay in control
Communication settings let you save email and SMS preferences. To-do emails and assignment texts honor saved opt-outs; scheduled to-do emails check preferences again before delivery. Unsaved preferences default to enabled.

Readable dates and safer link cleanup
Assignment texts use readable calendar dates without confusing UTC times. Removed assignments lose access, deleted items have their related text links cleaned up, and repeated requests are protected against duplicate messages.

Consistent cards and action menus
Warranty cards now match to-do cards, with a fixed height, scrollable details, and a top-right ellipsis menu. Both pages use Quasar ellipsis menus in their table Actions columns.

Additional improvements already documented in the project.

Clearer profile settings
A missing-phone indicator helps you complete your profile, and a searchable, themed timezone selector makes your preferred timezone easier to choose.

Customer management on the go
Customer cards and tables use compact action menus. On phones, a full-width sorting control and aligned cards make the list easier to browse.

Pick up a bid request where you left off
Opening a draft bid request restores its saved details in the editor. Saving keeps it as a draft without sending notifications, and submitting sends the request.

Tidier bid cards
Consistent card heights, scrollable details, and an ellipsis menu keep bid actions easy to find even when a request has lots of information.
